We may receive submissions of an off-road riding area that doesn't exist or is illegal to ride at. We rely on our visitors to tell us if these places are legal or illegal and if they do or do not exist. MotocrossTracks.com is not responsible if you ride in an area that is not legal. MINORS AND PRIVATE TRACKS
A recent problem we have been having is minors submitting their own private backyard tracks without permission from a legal quardian. Private tracks may be called for verification! MotocrossTracks.com will not be responsible for calls made to private ressidence!
